Go to My Visits and click + Schedule a Visit.
Select an inmate, choose a date and time (minute-level precision),
and click Schedule Visit. You can schedule as close as 1 minute in the future.
Open your visit from My Visits. If the visit is still Pending,
you'll see Reschedule and Cancel Visit buttons.
Active and completed visits cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.
- Remote Video — Visit from home via video call
- Lobby Kiosk — Visit in-person at the facility lobby
- Attorney / Privileged — Confidential legal visit
Standard visits are 30 minutes. The timer starts when both parties
connect to the video room. You'll receive a warning before time expires.
The facility may cancel visits during emergencies (lockdowns, weather, etc.).
You'll see the status change to Cancelled in your visit list.
You can schedule a new visit at any time.
